Retreat Cancellation Policy: The $1000 USD is non-refundable. In case you need to cancel 60 days prior to the retreat start date, we will provide a 100% refund minus the $1000 USD non-refundable deposit. In case you need to cancel 30 days prior to the retreat start date, we will provide a 70% refund minus the $1000 USD non-refundable deposit. In case you need to cancel with less then 30 days notice prior to the retreat start date, 100% is non-refundable. The $1000 USD deposit can be transferred as a credit to any future retreat within 1 year from the date the deposit was received, subject to availability. In the unlikely event of us cancelling the retreat, we will provide a full refund including the deposit.
COVID-19 related policies are set in place for each retreat where COVID-19 is still a factor. Each retreat has it’s own set of unique measures and cancellation policies to ensure our client’s safety.
